Summary

30 patients with medial hemorrhages were examined, comparing neurological symptoms with computer tomography data, which allow to specify the area of thalamus lesion, and character of vegetative nervous system dysfunction according to cardiorhythmograph-ic results. The most rough signs of vegetative imbalance in cardiovascular system were found in dorsal and medial hemorrhage localization, which were characterized by the maximum increase of sympathetic influence and uncertain effects of the vegetative nervous system on cardiac rhythm regulation and served the predictors of the unfavorable hemorrhage outcome.
