Last years the progress in development and improvement of coronary surgery and angioplasty, with shunting with patients of elderly and senile age, has been observed in the Russian Federation. This is connected, in the first place, with the progress in timely diagnostics of coronary artery disease, devel­opment of surgical equipment, anaesthesiology and resuscitation, introduction of new methods of in-tra-operative protection of myocardium, development and active use of modern methods of treatment of patients before and after the operation. However despite the versatility of existing scientific schools and literary sources covering this problem, the discussions on indications and contraindications to ac­tive surgical treatment of coronary artery disease with the patients of the given age group still continue. A great number of specialists in the field of cardiology and cardiosurgery do not tackle the solution of these problems as based on age-specific morphological and functional changes of the cardiovascular system.

влияние осгеоиндукторов на репарацию костной ткани при старении

Постарение населения обусловило повышение акту­альности оказания стоматологической помощи лицам старших возрастных групп, что диктует необходимость поиска новых материалов, обладающих остеопласти-ческими и остеоиндуктивными свойствами. Результаты экспериментального исследования, проведенного на старых животных, показали, что костные дефекты ниж­ней челюсти, заполненные гранулами остеоиндуктора ГАП-99, полностью были замещены новой костной тка­нью на 90-е сутки эксперимента.

Ключевые слова: дефект костной ткани, остеоплас-тические и остеоиндуктивные свойства, репарация.

Демографические тенденции увеличения доли лиц старших возрастных групп в структуре населения на­ходят свое отражение и в изменении категории паци­ентов, нуждающихся в стоматологической помощи [6].
